At present we can only ship items within the UK.

Yes, we you request your item to be shipped to a specified address.  However you must use your home address for billing as this will be used for your identity checks.

Yes, all medicines are shipped using a tracked and signed for method.  You will receive notification from our courier when the item leaves our pharmacy and be able to track and amend delivery as required.

Yes, we only ship in plain packaging.  Your item will arrive in our courier branded shipping bags without any branding from ourselves.  Confidentially is a key part of our business ethics.

We accept most major debit and credit cards.  You will pay for your items using a secure payment gateway.  We cannot accept payment over the phone.

No, you must use your own card so we can validate your identity.

For safety reasons we cannot accept any opened or part used medicines.  We can advise how to safely dispose of unwanted medicines, and in the event your unhappy with a medicine we can offer possible alternatives for next time.

You should contact us straight away if there has been a dispensing error.  Do not open or use the medicines.  We will arrange for our courier to re-deliver you the correct medicines, however you will be required to hand back the incorrect medicines to the driver who will return it to our pharmacy.

Due to the nature of our service, once you place an order it can very quickly be dispensed.  Once your item has been placed for delivery it cannot be cancelled.  If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, you may only receive a part-refund to cover costs incurred in prescribing and re-stocking items.

No, our service includes the issuing of a private prescription.

Sorry but at present we cannot dispense NHS or prescriptions issued elsewhere.

For patient safety, it may be necessary for us to notify your GP of certain orders.  However, we will only contact them if you give us permission to.  Please note that we may be unable to supply certain medicines without consent to contact your GO in advance.

Once you have placed an order at checkout it goes to our prescribers to issue the final prescription.  This then goes to the pharmacy to be dispensed.  We aim to turn this around in less than 12 hours.

If an item is out of stock or there are delays in receiving your medicines from our suppliers, this process can take longer but we will aim to notify you.

Yes, as part of the GPhC guidelines we must confirm the identity of our patients.  This is done using an Experian service.  You will be sent a link to confirm your identity by uploading certain ID documents and a selfie image.
